• To make iced coffee, big cubes of clear ice that are harder to melt are recommended in order to avoid diluted coffee.
• It is best to drink the coffee while it is still hot or before the ice melts.
• To decrease the acidity of the coffee, add 1-2 grains of table salt.
• To make milk coffee, add in 30-40% milk, mix thoroughly until the coffee forms air bubbles, then ice can be added afterwards.
